every prsten piece is made to order. if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@prsten.co with your order number and a photo of the issue.

we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing. size charts are provided for every product — measure before you order.

once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. production begins immediately.
