Shipping policy

free shipping. shipping is free on every order. no codes, no minimums.

processing time. because every piece is made to order, allow 5–10 business days for production before your order ships.

domestic shipping (us). standard shipping takes 3–7 business days after fulfillment.

international shipping. we ship worldwide. international orders may take 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs. customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

tracking. a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. orders with multiple items may ship in more than one package — you'll get tracking for each.

multiple shipments. some pieces are produced by different manufacturers, so an order with multiple items may ship separately and arrive on different days. each package is tracked on its own — if one arrives before the others, nothing is missing; the rest is on its way.

lost or delayed packages. prsten is not responsible for carrier delays. if your package is lost in transit, contact us at support@prsten.co and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
