made to order. every product is produced on demand. orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed.

pricing. all prices are in usd. we reserve the right to update pricing at any time. your order is charged at the price listed at checkout.

shipping. delivery times are estimates. prsten is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or customs fees on international orders.

intellectual property. all prsten designs, graphics, and branding are owned by PRSTEN LLC. you may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content without written permission.

limitation of liability. PRSTEN LLC's liability is limited to the value of your order. we are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

governing law. these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. any dispute arising under these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
